| Processing Your Payment | |
| We accept all major UK credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Streamline which is owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland. We can accept payments either online using using the UPG/Streamline secure server or over the telephone. | |
| Delivery Details | |
| All machines are shipped using Parcelforce next working day delivery. However, we do test each machine individually before we send it out, so you should allow 48 hours for delivery. For example, if you order your machine on a Monday then you will receive it on Wednesday. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt and we can supply tracking numbers on request. | |
| Warranty Details | |
| All of our machines are covered by a comprehensive 2-year parts and labour warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, you will need to return the machine to us using a signed-for service. We will either repair it or replace it and send it back to you. We keep a full range of spares in stock and we will do eveything we can to get your machine back to you as soon as possible. | |
